Youngman Richardson & Co. Ltd. Operating at Covid-19 Alert Level 2 or 3

Youngman Richardson & Co. Ltd is in full support of the New Zealand Government’s recommendations around COVID-19. We are also committed to the health and safety of our team members, customers, contractors and the wider community.

As a responsible business operation and employer YRCO have put a number of initiatives, systems and processes in place to maintain the health and wellbeing of both our staff and customers. We have implemented some new procedures to ensure a contactless purchasing environment.

Level 3: 

During the period of Level 3 the following procedures will be in place:

Customers Collections and Deliveries:

  • Our three branches in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch will be operating a ‘contactless environment’.
  • Contactless payment must be made for any product or service.
  • Contactless delivery will be available.
  • Contactless pick up / drop off with restricted access to YRCO branches will be available via a designated safe zone for pick up / drop off. There is clear signage at all YRCO branches to direct our customers to where they need to go for any collections or drop offs.
  • Customers can contact their YRCO Specialist Representative or call any of our branches during normal working hours – the current hours are on our Contact Us page.

Service and Repairs:

  • Service and repairs are able to be undertaken during Level 3. Contactless pick up / drop off with restricted access to YRCO branches will be available via a designated safe zone for pick up / drop off for service and repairs. There is clear signage at all YRCO branches to direct our customers to where they need to go for any collections or drop offs.

Couriers and Freight:

  • Contactless pick up / drop off with restricted access to YRCO branches will be available via designated safe / quarantine zones for pick up / drop off. There is clear signage at all YRCO branches to direct freight or courier deliveries to where they need to go for any collections or drop offs.

 

Alert level 2:

If the branch is operating at Alert level 2 the branch is open for collections, drops offs and servicing. Our staff are here to help you.

Please observe the 2M distancing rule and sign in using the government QR code or the manual sign in register. Clear signage is displayed.
