Technical Manager Byron Elrick recently attended an HTC service training course at Husqvarna in Sweden where he had the opportunity to evaluate key HTC products first hand. Back up support from Sweden is outstanding according to Byron and he is looking forward to providing a series of product familiarisation workshops for YRCO technicians planned for the near future.
